Shipping:

• $12.95 flat-rate US shipping for parcels 0-4lb!
• $20 for Heavy goods or parcels exceeding 4lb
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• FREE local pickup is available in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Choose option at checkout.)

Returns: 

• Returns must be requested and postmarked to us within 10 days from your date of delivery.
• Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair, or other user damage/wear/tear)
• Returns are eligible for store credit only.
• Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, Seasonal items.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Olly-Olly is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered. Customers must report missing "delivered" packages within five (5) business days of the delivery scan.
